Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete. You must have proper ownership, authorization, and legal permission for any systems, applications, or networks submitted for testing.
Our findings and reports are intended strictly for lawful internal use. Implementation of security recommendations remains the responsibility of the client.
4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
All client information, technical data, and assessment results are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share client data with third parties except when legally required or with explicit written consent.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- All website content, branding, methodologies, and materials belong to CYBERYODHATECH.
- Clients retain ownership of their systems, data, and proprietary information.
- Final security reports may be used internally by the client upon full payment.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we follow industry best practices, cybersecurity assessments cannot guarantee complete protection. CYBERYODHATECH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any service shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement under which the claim arises.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CYBERYODHATECH from any claims or losses arising from misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
